RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want
you to be completely happy with your Indeeyo shopping experience. If for any
reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by following
our easy return process. Return Policy ·
Returns
must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. ·
Merchandise
must be in original condition. Merchandise can not be worn, altered, or washed. ·
Merchandise
must have all original tags attached. ·
Footwear
must include the original shoe box in its original condition. · Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. · Activewear & Yoga items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. ·
Final
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Easy Return Process Step 1: Fill out the return form on the
back of your packing slip that was included in your order. If you do not have the return form, you can go to My Account,
select the order, and print the invoice. Circle the items you would like to
return and note the quantity. Step 2: Securely pack the items you would
like to return along with the completed return form. Step 3: Ship your package via UPS or the US
Postal Service. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery

your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a
credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of
payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take additional days for your
credit card company to post the credit to your account. Exchange Process Indeeyo
has a limited stock on many of our items as some are unique, one-of-a-kinds. To
get your exchange as quickly as possible, please call our Customer Care team at
1-877-217-8856. We'll place a new order immediately, charge your card for your
new item, and waive the shipping charges. This will help ensure that the new
item you want is in stock. Then, all you need to do is return your original
item for a full refund by following our easy return process. |
